What You鈥檒l Be Doing

As a Centre Manager, you鈥檒l lead your centre with heart and vision. In this role, you鈥檒l:

  • Inspire, mentor and manage a team of educators and leaders

  • Build strong partnerships with families and your local community

  • Oversee the centre鈥檚 operations, compliance, and educational outcomes

  • Collaborate with national teams in Quality, Education, Marketing and more

  • Ensure your centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standards

  • Champion child safety and wellbeing in every decision and interaction

What You鈥檒l Need

To apply for a Centre Manager role, you鈥檒l need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Proven experience in early learning centre operations or leadership

  • A valid Working with Children Check

  • First Aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
